The project focused on rebuilding the website into a cleaner, more structured platform that could support their core services, sector pages, team profiles, case studies and newsroom content.
Rather than creating an overcomplicated system, the aim was to create a professional, flexible and easy to manage website that works as a strong credibility piece for senior decision makers, clients and candidates.
The Situation
Bailey Montagu’s website needed to present a large amount of important business content in a clearer and more manageable way.
The site includes multiple content areas, including sector pages, interim solutions, team profiles, case studies and newsroom content. These areas needed to feel connected and easy to navigate without making the website feel heavy or difficult to maintain.
The challenge was to improve the structure, presentation and long term usability of the website while keeping the tone professional, polished and appropriate for an established executive search business.
Solutions & Improvements
The website was rebuilt using a custom WordPress structure, allowing the content and layouts to be shaped around Bailey Montagu’s actual business areas rather than relying on a generic theme.
