Soup Digital offers flexible payment options on eligible WordPress and WooCommerce projects, allowing you to spread the cost of your website while still receiving the same professional design, development and support.
Your project is scoped and quoted individually. If it qualifies for monthly payments, we’ll show you the available options alongside the normal project price.

We first understand what you actually need, provide a project quotation and then confirm the payment options available for that project.

Flexible Payment Options
Soup Digital websites are quoted individually because the work involved can vary significantly between a small business website, a WooCommerce store and a completely bespoke development project.
Flexible monthly payments are primarily designed to make smaller website projects more accessible without turning larger bespoke development projects into long-term payment plans.
You can always choose to pay for your website using the standard Soup Digital project payment structure instead of spreading the cost monthly.
For smaller projects, this may simply mean paying the agreed project cost upfront or according to the payment schedule shown in your quotation.
Monthly payments are an option, not a requirement.
Eligible WordPress and WooCommerce projects up to £2,500 can normally be spread over 3, 6 or 12 months.
For example, a £1,200 website could be paid as:
The first 12 months of Soup Digital managed hosting is required and charged separately.
Projects between £2,500 and £3,000 can still qualify for monthly payments, with a maximum payment period of 8 months.
For example, a £2,800 WooCommerce project could be spread over 8 monthly payments of £350.
The exact payment schedule will be agreed as part of your project quotation, with the first 12 months of Soup Digital managed hosting charged separately.
Larger bespoke websites, ecommerce platforms and custom WordPress development projects aren’t offered on long-term monthly website plans.

With Soup Digital, you’re paying towards the agreed development cost of a professionally built WordPress website.
Once those project payments are complete, the website build payments stop.
You aren’t required to keep paying Soup Digital simply to keep access to the website.
What Could You Build?
Every Soup Digital project is scoped around the individual business rather than squeezed into a predefined website package.
That means the final cost depends on the design, functionality, content, ecommerce requirements and level of custom development involved.
Website Hosting
For websites using one of our monthly payment options, the first 12 months of Soup Digital managed WordPress hosting is required and paid annually upfront.
This gives your website a reliable home while your project is completed and any remaining website payments are made.
After the initial 12-month hosting period, and once your agreed website payments have been completed, you’re completely free to decide what happens next.
You can continue hosting with Soup Digital, move the website to another provider or manage it elsewhere. There is no permanent hosting commitment and no proprietary platform keeping you tied to us.
